Astrolab LLC recognizes the risks and dangers inherent in the nature of such content; therefore, the user, by accessing such content, voluntarily chooses to assume these risks, including the risks of illness, physical injury, disability or death. The user assumes all responsibility for the choices made before, during and after enrollment in and use of the content.

Astrolab LLC requires an adult audience that recognizes the dangers of handling flammable materials, sharp instruments, use of fire and other items required for alchemical practice.
Astrolab LLC will not be responsible for:
Physical injury while applying the steps outlined in the laboratory practice.
Burns of any kind, cuts or injuries.

Physical, emotional or mental effects from the ingestion of any of the products suggested and/or elaborated by the user and described in the content of the astrolab.bio courses.

Effects before the ingestion of any preparation suggested for its intake. These require a healthy person, without exposure to any other medication or adverse condition, without previous pathologies or allergies to any of the active components in the plants used, with which Astrolab LLC is exempted from liability for the oral intake of any preparation suggested by the School. This ingestion will be purely and exclusively the responsibility of the user.

Effects on the skin, such as irritations or allergies due to the external use of any preparation, ointment, cream or potion applied by the user.

shall limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury; limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; limit any of our or your liability in any manner permitted by applicable law; or exclude any of our or your liability under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set forth in this section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) shall govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

Astrolab.bio is an Alchemical Training School, as such it takes responsibility for its content, but not for its application. Our goal is to reach the public free of charge, in tutorials and downloadable books, sensitive and high-risk information. As well as to accompany in a more individualized way with online and face-to-face training courses. Even so, the alchemical practice exceeds the scope of our school, as it is performed personally in the user’s own homes and workshops. Astrolab LLC is also exempt from responsibility for possible damages derived from the reading and application of the books inserted in the website, as well as for their content. These are not the intellectual property of Astrolab LLC and do not express the point of view of the School, but are inserted as complementary material and the user is responsible for the use he makes of them.

Our personal opinion is reflected in the contents themselves and, even so, we are exempt from liability for the interpretation made of them.
